目的探讨肝硬化患者幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染与血清肌钙蛋白T(cTNT)的关系。方法乙肝后硬化患者 14 0例 ,经检测HP后分HP阴性和阳性组 ,并设正常对照组 ,分别测定各组的cTNT ;对于HP阳性病例根治HP后再次测定cTNT ,并与根治前进行比较 ;同时 ,将HP阳性病例分为大量感染组、中量感染组及少量感染组 ,分别比较各组的cTNT ;另外 ,对于HP阴性和阳性组病例 ,根据肝功能Child分级进行分组 ,分别比较各组的cTNT。结果HP阳性组cTNT明显高于HP阴性组和对照组(P <0 0 1) ,HP阴性组明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,HP根治后cTNT显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ;大量感染组明显高于中量及少量感染组 (P <0 0 1~ 0 0 5 ) ;中量感染组亦明显高于少量感染组 (P <0 0 1) ;HP阳性组中肝功能ChildC、B级组明显高于A级组 (P <0 0 1)C级组又明显高于B级组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而HP阴性组中各组之间差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论HP感染使肝硬化患者血cTNT升高 ,易于并发心肌损害 ,根治HP有利于防治该并发症。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and serum troponin T (cTNT) in cirrhotic patients. Methods A total of 140 patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis were enrolled in this study. HP was divided into positive and negative groups, and normal control group was established. CTNT was determined in each group. CTNT was measured again after HP was cured, and compared with pre-treatment ; At the same time, HP positive cases were divided into a large number of infected group, the amount of infection group and a small number of infected groups were compared cTNT; In addition, for the HP negative and positive cases, according to liver function Child grading grouping, Set of cTNTs. Results The cTNT in HP-positive group was significantly higher than that in HP-negative group and control group (P <0.01). The HP-negative group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0 05) ) In the large number of infected group was significantly higher than that in the medium and small amount of infected group (P <0.01 ~ 0.05), and in the medium infected group was also significantly higher than that in the small number of infected group (P <0.01) Function ChildC, B group was significantly higher than the A group (P <0.01) C group was significantly higher than the B group (P <0 05), while the HP negative group no significant difference between the various groups (P> 0 0 5). Conclusion Hepatic infection in patients with cirrhosis of the blood cTNT increased, easy to complicated with myocardial damage, radical HP is conducive to the prevention and treatment of complications.
