近日,中国食品工业协会白酒专业委员会专家组一行9人在秘书长马勇的带领下,到新疆伊力特实业股份有限公司现场审定“伊力”牌白酒纯粮固态发酵工艺及管理体系。在评价分析会上,专家组成员对伊力特的科研检测设备、全国首创的长窄型窖池、独创的清蒸清烧工艺、酿酒窖池的使用保养以及酿酒生态环境给予了高度评价。
Recently, 9 members of expert group of China Food Industry Association Liquor Specialty Committee, led by Secretary-General Ma Yong, went to Xinjiang Yilite Industrial Co., Ltd. for on-site validation of the solid state fermentation process and management system of “Li Li” brand liquor. At the evaluation and analysis meeting, the panel members highly praised Yilite’s scientific research and testing equipment, the nation’s first long and narrow pits, the original steaming and dedusting process, the use and maintenance of the wine cellar, and the ecological environment of wine making.
