泵车、拖泵的关键部件滑阀,其作用是保证砼吸入和输出。长期以来,滑阀大部分零部件一直靠进口,从1986年开始我厂进行国产化试制。由于滑阀是多种零件组装,累计误差大、零件形位公差要求高,因而带来检测零件困难,滑阀组装也未拟定标准。近来在滑阀装人车架调试过程中,发现油缸端面与托板接触A面以及油缸活塞杆与衬套均有压力油泄漏;静压试验滑阀移动油压过高;支承滑阀中滑杆衬套及导板本体上部压印聚胺脂;整车调试后拆检,聚胺脂磨损严重。经多年观察摸索初步确定下列原因:下部壳体加工精度达不到;上下阀座等零件加工工艺不完善;油缸制造工艺不完善;外购件聚
