对来自不同地点、不同生态型的12 个榛子( Corylus heterophylla Fisch .) 种子样品和1 个毛榛子( C.mandshurica Maxim .et Rupr.) 对照样品进行了超氧歧化酶(SOD) 同工酶酶谱比较分析.结果发现,在形态特征相近而生于不同地点的榛子个体间SOD同工酶酶谱相同,且较稳定,而在同种不同生态型间、不同种间即使生于同地点同生境SOD同工酶酶谱差异亦较显著
A total of 12 hazelnut (Corylus heterophylla Fisch.) Seed samples from different locations and different ecotypes and one control sample of C.mand Sirurica Maxim. Et Rupr. Were subjected to superoxide dismutase (SOD) Enzyme zymogram comparative analysis. The results showed that SOD isoenzymes were the same and stable in individuals with similar morphological characteristics but were born in different locations. Even in the same type of different ecotypes, Enzyme zymogram differences are also more significant
