校本教研与教师专业发展关系密切,相辅相成,两者在教师的教育教研实践中共同发展,共同提高。为全面提高教师素质,我校明确了“以校本培训促进观念转变,以校本研究提高实践能力”的教师专业成长思路。一、注重校本培训,提升教育理念理念是行动的指南,是实践的先导,建立在创新基础上的课程改革,离不开现代教育理念的支撑,离不开教师对原有教学行为的深刻反思和对新课程的深刻理解。
