本文通过问卷调查对来华马来西亚非华裔汉语学习者汉语学习态度和动机的现状进行了研究。调查结果发现,马来西亚非华裔学习者对汉语社团的态度和汉语学习动机受汉语水平的影响,高级汉语学习者的态度比初级学习者更积极,动机更强烈;高级和初级学习者对中国的态度和对汉语学习的态度都要明显好于对中国人的态度;两种水平的学习者的融合型动机和工具型动机都处于并存的状态,且没有明显偏向。根据调查结果,本文总结了马来西亚非华裔汉语学习者在汉语学习态度和动机上存在的问题,并对汉语国际推广策略提出了一些建议。
This paper studies the current situation of Chinese learning attitudes and motivations of non-Chinese-speaking Chinese learners in Malaysia by questionnaire survey. The survey found that Malaysian non-Chinese learners’ attitudes toward Chinese societies and Chinese learning motivation were influenced by their Chinese proficiency. The attitudes of advanced Chinese learners were more positive and motivated than those of junior learners. The attitudes of senior and junior learners to China And their attitudes towards Chinese learning are obviously better than those toward the Chinese. The fusion and instrumental motivation of learners at both levels are in a coexistent state with no obvious bias. According to the results of the survey, this paper summarizes the existing problems of Malaysian non-Chinese-speaking learners in their attitudes and motivations for learning Chinese, and puts forward some suggestions on the strategies for promoting Chinese in international languages.
