兴趣是最好的老师。一个成功的英语教师要在教学中有意识地培养学生对英语的持久兴趣,激励学生不断处于最佳的学习状态之中,使他们对英语乐学、善学、会学。因此,课堂教学教师要通过多种手段激发学生实践的热情,加强对学生学习英语的兴趣的培养,让学生变兴趣为参与实践的动力。在初中阶段,有的学生探秘心理很强,求知欲旺盛;而有些学生的自信心和求知欲逐渐淡薄,甚至消失,滋生英语难学、英语无用的错误想法。所以,我认为学好英语应该以激发学生学习英语兴趣为主要目标。在教学实践中,我利用教学评价来激发学生学习英语的兴趣。一、用教学艺术影响学生的学习兴趣英语教学不仅是一个认识过程,而且也是一种情感活动过程。这里所说的情感首先来自于教师本人对教学本身的兴趣。教学实践表明中学生学习外语的动机最直接的来源是外语教

A successful English teacher should consciously cultivate students’ long-term interest in English in their teaching so as to motivate them to continuously be in the best learning state so that they will learn English well, study well and learn English. Therefore, classroom teaching teachers through a variety of means to stimulate student enthusiasm for practice, to enhance students’ interest in learning English, so that students become interested in becoming involved in the practice of power. In the junior middle school stage, some students find themselves psychologically strong and thirst for knowledge. Some students gradually diminish their self-confidence and curiosity, or even disappear, producing mistakes in English and useless in English. So, I think learning English well should motivate students to learn English as the main goal. In teaching practice, I use teaching evaluation to stimulate students’ interest in learning English. First, with the teaching of art to affect students’ interest in learning English teaching is not only a cognitive process, but also a process of emotional activity. The emotion here comes first of all from the teacher’s own interest in teaching itself.
