1.前言: 以前,由于从锅炉中排出的排污水中含有大量的焓,故设置热交换器,加热锅炉的给水,进行热回收工作。在水管锅炉中,如果负荷发生变动,则由恒温管给水调节器进行给水控制,给水量自动产生变化。对此,由于排污量的固定,假如排污过量则热损失就大,反之,假如排污不足则锅炉水质就会恶化,并造成锅炉效率的降低和影响锅炉的便用寿命。狭山工厂采用了本公司生产的连续排污装置和自动排污装置以后,已初见成效。
1. Foreword: In the past, since the sewage discharged from the boiler contained a large amount of enthalpy, a heat exchanger was installed to heat the boiler feedwater and carry out heat recovery. In this regard, due to a fixed amount of sewage, if excessive emissions of heat loss is large, on the contrary, if the sewage is insufficient, the boiler water quality will deteriorate, and reduce boiler efficiency and affect the boiler’s useful life. Sayama plant has achieved initial success after using the continuous blowdown device and automatic blowdown device produced by our company.
