本文较详细地论述了近几年来我国对有关燃油管理方面的一些政策，以及燃油锅炉和集中供热建设投资运行成本等方面的技术经济分析。认为民用建筑开发企业不可盲目建设燃油锅炉房，给国家和企业造成损失，同时各级政府部门也应依据国家法律和政策从宏观上给予正确导向和调控，严格控制燃油供热的发展。
This article discusses in more detail China’s policies on fuel management in recent years, and the technical and economic analysis of the operating costs of oil-fired boilers and central heating construction. It is believed that civil construction development companies should not blindly build oil-fired boiler rooms, causing losses to the state and enterprises. At the same time, government agencies at all levels should also give correct guidance and control in accordance with national laws and policies and strictly control the development of fuel heating.
