目的 研究贯众提取物对小鼠肝损伤模型的保护作用。 方法 采用四氯化碳和D 氨基半乳糖肝损伤模型小鼠 ,以联苯双酯为阳性对照 ,观察贯众提取物对模型小鼠谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、丙二醛的影响及对病理损伤的保护作用。结果 贯众提取物可降低四氯化碳和D 氨基半乳糖诱发肝损伤小鼠的谷丙转氨酶水平 ,降低肝组织丙二醛的含量 ,对四氯化碳小鼠的肝脏病理损害有一定改善作用。 结论 贯众提取物对四氯化碳和D 氨基半乳糖诱发的小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用
Objective To study the protective effect of G. chinensis extract on liver injury model in mice. METHODS: CCl4 and D-aminogalactose-induced liver injury model mice were used as the positive control.
