一、教学内容分析。教材版本:人教版·高中生物必修2(2007年1月第2版)第2章第3节。本章内容涉及前人探索伴性遗传的历程,是现代遗传学的基础内容,为学习“基因是有遗传效应的DNA片段”、“人类遗传病”等后续内容作好辅垫。二、学生学习情况分析。学生学习了“第2节基因在染色体上”的内容之后,那么,基因在生物的遗传上又是如何起作用的呢?为什么红绿色盲、抗维生素D佝偻病为什么总是与性别关联?……这一部分的内容足以激发学生的学习兴趣。
