所谓分层施教,即在“班级授课制”的条件下,既注重学生在同一班级中共同学习的现状,又十分重视学生个体发展中的差异性。具体说就是,在教学中,根据学生认知水平的差异,设置不同层级教学目标,实施分层教学;根据学生个性特点,开展分类指导;实施分级训练和分层评价,以促进全体学生的发展。
