Pope和Talal二氏报告RA(类风湿性关节炎)患者末梢血、滑膜液、滑膜组织中各种细胞免疫功能障碍,从而提出免疫病理过程可能参与RA的发病机理。有人报告RA的免疫功能障碍包括B细胞功能亢进、自然杀伤细胞活性抑制、促分裂素诱导细胞增殖障碍及抑制T细胞功能缺陷。RA的淋巴细胞IL-2产生和对其应答下降,自身混合淋巴细胞培养时IFN-γ生成减少。作者为激活淋巴细胞,应用了OKT3、PHA、ConA、PMA(十四酰佛波乙酸酯)和钙离子载体A 23187等研
Pope and Talal II report various cellular immune dysfunction in peripheral blood, synovial fluid and synovial tissue of patients with RA (rheumatoid arthritis), suggesting that immunopathological processes may be involved in the pathogenesis of RA. It has been reported that the immune dysfunction of RA includes B cell hyperthyroidism, inhibition of natural killer cell activity, mitogen-induced cell proliferation disorders and inhibition of T cell dysfunction. The production and response of IL-2 to lymphocytes in RA is decreased, and the production of IFN-γ is reduced in the autologous mixed lymphocyte culture. Author activation of lymphocytes, the application of OKT3, PHA, ConA, PMA (tetradecanoylphosphates acetate) and calcium ionophore A 23187 other research
