我队承担一组高压电网铁塔基础桩的施工任务,桩径1米,桩深10.5米;下入钢筋笼长10米,笼φ840毫米,地处江边纯砂质地层,交通不便,采用了冲抓锥冲抓成孔,汽车吊下笼,灌注混凝土成柱。在施工过程中,始终掌握二条原则:一是保证泥浆粘度和孔内注满泥浆,以实现平衡压力;二是冲抓锥的平稳操作,以免碰刮孔壁。从而保证了工程的顺利实施。给我们提供了成功的经验。冲抓锥用来施工第四纪大口径水井和基桩孔,或作为基岩端承桩前期工程配套工艺,由于其可拆性强。工程简单,对交通条件不好,施工场地狭窄都能适应,是值得重视的一项钻探工艺。
