采用爆炸固结加自蔓延高温合成(SHS)法制备了Ti/Al2O3梯度功能材料(FGM),并对所制备的FGM的成分、组织和性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,采用该法可制备成分、组织和性能呈梯度分布、且符合设计要求的致密FGM。此外还研究了Ti/Al2O3FGM合成过程中的反应模式
Ti / Al2O3 gradient functional material (FGM) was prepared by explosive consolidation and self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) method. The composition, microstructure and properties of the prepared FGM were studied. The experimental results show that this method can be used to prepare dense FGM with composition, microstructure and properties gradient distribution and meet the design requirements. In addition, the reaction mode of Ti / Al2O3FGM synthesis was also studied
