D80推土机的NH-220-CI高速柴油机,只有近20%的新车达到或接近厂方规定万小时大修的标准,其余大部分只使用2000~3000h或5000~6000h就发生主轴瓦合金脱落,严重者主轴瓦与曲轴咬合,曲轴严重损坏事故。经分析,我们认为除润滑油质量外,一是外界温度变化,二可能是NH-220-CI发动机润滑系统缺少一个稳定最低油压的保护装置。NH-220-CI发动机的润滑油路如图1所示。目前,国产内燃机大都采用混合润滑方式,其特点是最高油压由限压阀控制,系统中最小油量和最低压力由溢流阀控制(主要是指安全
