采用文献资料法、实地访谈、数理统计法和问卷调查法对河南省六所高等师范院校大学生参与课外体育活动的情况进行了调查与研究,分析结果表明:大学生参与课外体育活动的动机都呈现“多因素特性”;男生倾向于对抗性较强、运动强度度较大的运动项目,而女生喜欢运动节奏缓和、运动强度小、对抗性小的运动项目;制约高等师范院校大学生参与课外体育活动的主要因素是:场地因素、器材因素和教师指导因素;大学生参与余暇体育活动的量、强度不合理,建议讲授参与体育运动的科学方法,提高大学生参与体育活动合理性和健身的实效性。
Through literature review, field interviews, mathematical statistics and questionnaires, the author investigated and studied the extracurricular sports activities of six normal colleges and universities in Henan Province. The results showed that motivation of college students participating in extracurricular sports activities “Multi-factor characteristics”; boys tend to be more confrontational, exercise intensity of large sports, and girls like to ease the pace of exercise, exercise intensity, confrontational small sports; restrict the higher normal college students participate The main factors of extra-curricular sports activities are: field factors, equipment factors and teacher's guidance factors; the amount and intensity of college students participating in spare-time physical activities are irrational; it is suggested to teach scientific methods of participation in physical activities to enhance the effectiveness of university students in participating in the rationality of physical activities and fitness Sex.
