该文提出了改进发射药装药弹道性能的发射药表面处理新方法。采用了不向发射药基体迁移的无机阻燃材料,对5/7高单发射药进行了表面处理。整个阻燃层厚度和阻燃剂浓度可以依据理论加以调节以满足各种特殊的需要,并且阻燃层中阻燃剂浓度按由最外层向内层逐渐减小方式设计。为了观察其对弹道性能的改进,进行了密闭爆发器实验,某航炮射击实验结果证明,此方法对弹道性能有很好的改进作用。
This paper presents a new method of surface treatment of propellant to improve the projectile loading trajectory performance. The 5/7 high single propellant was surface treated with an inorganic flame retardant that did not migrate to the propellant matrix. The entire flame retardant layer thickness and flame retardant concentration can be adjusted according to the theory to meet various special needs, and the flame retardant layer flame retardant concentration from the outermost layer to the inner layer to reduce the way design. In order to observe the improvement of the ballistic performance, a closed-cell burst experiment was carried out. The experimental results of a cannon fire proves that this method has a good improvement on ballistic performance.
