在中学物理、化学、生物等学科中,有一重要的教学资源被长期忽视,这就是学科科学史。传统教学观念认为,学科科学史仅仅是课堂教学中的一剂调料,难登大雅之堂。在这种观念的支配下,相应的学科科学史教学环节显得单薄而随意。这种局面实际上是由于对学科科学史教育价值的认识不足所造成的。新课程的实施,为重新审视学科科学史的教育价值提供了契机,因为新课程将学生的科学素养提高到了前所未有的位置,而学科科学史在培养学生科学素养方面具有得天独厚的优势。本期一位作者甚至呼吁,现在已到了建立系统专业科学史教材的时候。那么学科科学史的教育价值具体体现在哪些方面,在课堂教学中又如何运用?本期这组文章,或许能为关心这些问题的读者提供一些参照。
In secondary physics, chemistry, biology and other disciplines, there is an important long-term neglect of teaching resources, and this is the history of science disciplines. The traditional teaching idea holds that the history of science in disciplines is just a seasoning in classroom teaching, which is difficult to achieve. Under the domination of this concept, the corresponding discipline of science history of teaching links seem thin and arbitrary. This situation is actually caused by the lack of understanding of the educational value of the discipline history of science. The implementation of the new curriculum provides an opportunity to reexamine the educational value of the history of science in the discipline because the new curriculum has raised the students ’scientific literacy to an unprecedented position, while the disciplinary science history has a unique advantage in cultivating students’ scientific literacy. One author of this issue even called for it and now it is time to establish teaching materials on the history of science in the system of science.
