随着脑科学的不断发展,最新研究成果不断涌现。脑科学依靠高端技术对脑进行直接研究,使对人脑内部学习机理的深入探索和有效指导教学实践成为可能。普通教育正在努力摆脱以经验为基础的教学和对学生学习规律间接推测的传统教学理念的束缚,汲取诸多脑科学的研究成果并将其运用到教学之中。但是,脑科学的研究成果还没有能够在职业教育领域得以广泛应用。本文首先描述了脑科学与教育学跨界融合的发展趋势,进而阐述了与脑相宜的职业教育教学意涵,最后从实践层面具体分析了如何应用与脑相宜的教学理念指导职业教育教学实践。
With the continuous development of brain science, the latest research results continue to emerge. Brain science relies on high-end technology to conduct direct research on the brain, making it possible to conduct in-depth exploration of the internal brain learning mechanism and effectively guide the teaching practice. The general education is trying hard to get rid of the shackles of experience-based teaching and the indirect teaching of the students’ learning rules. It draws many brain science research results and applies it to the teaching. However, the results of brain science research have not been able to be widely used in vocational education. This paper first describes the development trend of cross-border integration of brain science and pedagogy, and then elaborates the teaching connotation of vocational education which is appropriate for the brain. At last, it analyzes how to apply teaching ideas appropriate to the brain to guide the teaching practice of vocational education.
