[目的]探讨γ-synuclein(SNCG)蛋白在散发性卵巢癌组织中的表达情况,不同TNM进展期、不同分化程度的卵巢癌组织中γ-synuclein表达差异以及γ-synuclein与淋巴系统转移的关系。[方法]收集卵巢癌组织50例及15例良性卵巢肿瘤和5例正常卵巢组织,采用免疫化学的方法进行定性分析。[结果]γ-synuclein蛋白在卵巢癌组织中有过表达的现象,阳性率为60%,而在正常卵巢组织和卵巢良性肿瘤组织当中,未见γ-synuclein蛋白阳性表达。TNM进展晚期卵巢肿瘤组织中γ-synuclein蛋白阳性表达率增高,达78.6%。有淋巴系统转移的卵巢癌组织中,γ-synu-clein蛋白阳性表达率增高,达81.3%。[结论]γ-synuclein蛋白在卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中阳性表达率增高,有淋巴系统转移的、晚期肿瘤,阳性表达率越高。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of γ-synuclein (SNCG) protein in sporadic ovarian cancer, the difference of γ-synuclein expression in different TNM stages and different differentiation degrees of ovarian cancer and the relationship between γ-synuclein and lymphatic system metastasis . [Methods] 50 cases of ovarian cancer tissues and 15 cases of benign ovarian tumors and 5 cases of normal ovarian tissue were collected and qualitatively analyzed by immunochemistry. [Results] The expression of γ-synuclein protein in ovarian cancer tissues was 60%, while the positive expression of γ-synuclein protein was not found in normal ovarian tissues and benign ovarian tumor tissues. The positive expression rate of γ-synuclein protein in advanced stage of TNM was 78.6%. The positive rate of γ-synu-clein protein in ovarian cancer with lymphatic system metastasis was 81.3%. [Conclusion] The positive expression rate of γ-synuclein protein in ovarian malignant tumor tissues is high, with lymph node metastasis, advanced tumors, the higher the positive rate.
