揭示一个被人们常常忽视的问题:在有丝分裂过程中,母细胞中复制后的一对染色体上的4个DNA分子是如何分配到子细胞中去的(规律)。同时,试图通过图解演示和数据处理,研究具有一对染色体的一个细胞连续分裂4次以后,含~(15)N的DNA细胞占总细胞数的比例究竟是多少。
Reveals a problem that is often overlooked: how the four DNA molecules on a pair of chromosomes in a mother cell are distributed to daughter cells during mitosis (regularity). At the same time, it was attempted to investigate the proportion of DNA cells containing ~15N in the total cell number after a single cell with one pair of chromosomes was split four times by graphical demonstration and data processing.
