《体育与健康课程标准》(2011版)对“心理健康与社会适应”学习内容的目标进行了凝练,在义务教育阶段学生的“心理健康与社会适应”学习内容的目标下提出了“培养坚强的意志品质”、“学会调控情绪的方法”、“形成合作意识与能力”、“具有良好的体育道德”四个方面的目标。本文主要针对“培养坚强的意志品质”目标的新要求、含义与内容、教学方略、教学案例等视角展开研讨。一、新课标对“培养坚强的意志品质”目标提出的层次性要求“培养坚强的意志品质”是心理健康与社会适应学习方面下的第一个下位目标。在
