经营决策机制是企业生产、积累、投资、交换、分配等全部经营活动的抉择、决定机制。决策是企业经营意志和利益目标的直接体现,并决定着企业行为选择的路线。有效的决策需要有相应的决策组织、决策主体、决策程序、决策信号的输出反馈渠道等,但核心还是由谁来决策的问题。在历史上至少存在四种不同类型的企业决策机制;业主决策型(如结构简单、规模较小的小企业或私人业主企业),国家决策主导型(如改革前的社会主义国有企业),职工决策主导型(如中小型合作企业、集体企业及原南斯拉夫自治企业)。经营者或经理决策主导型(如现代股份公司制企业)。
The business decision-making mechanism is a choice and decision mechanism for all business activities such as production, accumulation, investment, exchange, and distribution. Decision-making is a direct reflection of the goals of the company’s business will and interests, and determines the course of business choice.
