说到底,网络谣言其实与现实生活中的造谣惹事并无本质区别。只不过,网络更为开放也更为隐蔽,让造谣者更有发挥的余地,多了几分躲在幕后的恣妄。网络平台原本是一个自由、平等、开放的公共舆论空间,却被别有用心者利用和控制以达到个人目的,当然非常令人痛心。传统意义上广受肯定的网民、网络民意,甚至因此面临被重新定位的尴尬。这一方面提醒我们的网民,特别是传统媒体,看待网络热点事件应该更加理性、更加客观,以避免被愚弄和利用;另一方面,也提醒我们的监管者,网络管理制度建设已经明显滞
