本文聚焦国际外包中关系机制和契约机制对我国服务提供商从跨国公司获取显性知识和隐性知识的影响。通过理论分析及对中国232家服务提供商的有效问卷调查和实证检验,研究发现,关系机制(信任、合作和关系)对于服务提供商的显性和隐性知识获取有正向影响,其中,关系的影响系数最大。契约机制对于服务提供商显性知识获取的影响为显著正,对于其隐性知识获取的影响为显著负,而与关系机制对于显性知识与隐性知识获取有正向的交互作用。
This paper focuses on the impact of the outsourcing relationship mechanism and contractual mechanism on the access of Chinese service providers to multinational corporations’ explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Through theoretical analysis and empirical survey of 232 Chinese service providers, it is found that the relationship mechanism (trust, cooperation and relationship) has a positive effect on the explicit and tacit knowledge acquisition of service providers. Among them, The impact of the relationship between the maximum coefficient. The effect of contract mechanism on service provider explicit knowledge acquisition is significant positive, and it has a significant negative impact on the acquisition of tacit knowledge, but also positively interacts with the relational mechanism on explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge acquisition.
