1 前言电致变色显示(ECD),是一种利用物质的颜色发生可逆性变化现象的显示。这种色彩的可逆性变化是由于对该物质施加了电压,从而引起了物质的氧化、还原反应过程。作为平面显示器件之一,人们对它的实用化也一直寄以期望。使用WO_3的无机型ECD,在几家公司早有样品出售,并已达到能够稳定显示的水平。由于这种器件是被动发光,不易引起人眼疲劳,也没有视角限制,观察方便,加之还具有存储性能等等特长,目前它已被试用作时钟显示、条线显
1 Introduction Electrochromic display (ECD), is a display of reversible changes in the color of a substance. The reversibility of this color change is due to the material applied voltage, which led to the oxidation of the material, the reduction reaction process.
