心理学家认为激励是指激发人的动机,使人有一股内在的动力,朝着所期望的目标前进的心理活动过程。激励是调动积极性的过程,它是管理的最关键最困难的职责。 图书馆的科学管理包括很多方面,但归纳起来,其核心是对人的管理,也就是激励。充分发挥人的积极性、创造性就是最有效的管理。每个人都需要激励,需要自我激励,需要得到来自同事、群体、领导和组织方面的激励。图书馆管理者必须运用激励理论,采取适当的激励措施,以便更有效地发挥工作人员的积极性、主动性和创造性。
Psychologists believe that motivation is to stimulate people’s motivation, people have an internal motivation, towards the desired goal of the process of psychological activity. Incentives are the process of mobilizing enthusiasm and are the most crucial and difficult responsibilities of management. The scientific management of libraries includes many aspects, but summed up, the core is the management of people, that is, incentives. Everyone needs to be motivated, self-motivated, and motivated by colleagues, groups, leaders and organizations. Librarians must use the incentive theory and adopt appropriate incentives so as to more effectively exert their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.
