小班化教育,简而言之,就是利用经济及人口等外部条件的改善,使得课堂获得更丰厚的教育资源,藉此优越的条件以求实现全面的优质教育,为此堪称“精品教育”。上世纪九十年代中后期,小班化教育在发达地区崭露头角,引起了教育人的思考,也带动了部分地区的教育改革实验。目前,小班化教育实验涉及几十个地区,推广上百所学校,正在以蓬勃的姿态进行深入探求理想的小班化教育实践。
Small-scale education, in short, is to make use of the improvement of external conditions such as economy and population to make the classroom obtain more abundant educational resources and to take advantage of such favorable conditions in order to achieve comprehensive and quality education, hence the name “quality education” ". In the mid-to-late 1990s, small-class education emerged in the developed regions, arousing educators’ thinking, and also led to the educational reform experiment in some areas. At present, the small-scale educational experiment involves dozens of districts and popularizes hundreds of schools and is vigorously pursuing the ideal small-class educational practice in a vigorous manner.
