欧洲质量组织三十三届年会,于1989年9月下旬在奥地利维也纳召开,这次会议以“质量管理(QM)—九十年代的关键”为主题,提出了九十年代在质量管理上将发生的七个方面的变化。 一、质量对企业的生存、对社会生活的重要性被越来越多的人所认识。质量应当由顾客来提出,而不是由生产者所决定的观点,被越来越多的人所接受。因此,企业将努力增加对顾客的了解。
The thirty-third annual meeting of the European Quality Organization was held in Vienna, Austria, in late September 1989. The theme of this session was “Quality Management (QM)—the key to the 1990s” and put forward the quality management in the 1990s. Seven changes will take place. First, the importance of quality to the survival of enterprises and the importance of social life has been recognized by more and more people. The quality should be put forward by the customer, not the viewpoint decided by the producer, and it is accepted by more and more people. Therefore, companies will strive to increase their understanding of customers.
