作者认为，可持续发展的理论与实践问题，应当作为建立新的城市观与建筑价值观的起点与归宿。文章从建筑与人和环境的关系、建筑学观念的新发展、城市与建筑的可持续发展三个方面作了论述。
The author believes that the theory and practice of sustainable development should be used as a starting point and destination for establishing new values of the city and architecture. The article discusses three aspects: the relationship between architecture and people and the environment, the new development of the concept of architecture, and the sustainable development of cities and buildings.
