COERX熔融还原装置在南非伊斯科钢铁公司比勒陀利亚厂的正式投产,对传统的高炉炼铁工艺产生了巨大的冲击,形成了炼铁工艺的发展态势。这对普遍面临技术改造,实现技术结构优化的我国钢铁工业也产生了很大的影响。为了适应国内市场需求,我院也积极参与了非高炉炼铁工艺的研究与开发。本文便是反映我院结合地区资源实际和国内市场需求,研究和开发炼铁新工艺的情况。1993年9月我院开展了CDR300型熔融还原(试验)装置的方案设计。1995年将其发展成CDR300型复合炉工艺。这是一种直接用煤和铁矿石生产铁水,同时又得到海绵铁产品的新工艺。
The formal start-up of COERX smelting reduction unit at the Pretoria plant of Isco Steel Company in South Africa has had a huge impact on the traditional blast furnace ironmaking process and has formed the development trend of the ironmaking process. This has also had a great impact on China’s steel industry, which is generally faced with technological transformation and optimization of technological structure. In order to meet the needs of the domestic market, our hospital also actively involved in non-blast furnace ironmaking process research and development. This article is a reflection of our hospital combined with regional resources and the actual needs of the domestic market, research and development of new iron-making process. In September 1993, our hospital carried out CDR300 type of fusion reduction (test) device design. In 1995 it was developed into CDR300 composite furnace technology. This is a new process that produces molten iron directly from coal and iron ore and at the same time produces sponge iron products.
