饮食业锅炉烟气超标排放问题,长期以来没有得到解决,其烟气排放含尘浓度达80mg/Nm~3以上,环保部门征收超标排污费为4元/T煤。为此,我们根据化工除尘原理和有关资料,参考了外地一些经验,结合实际进行了专门的探讨,并在南强酒店的0.5T/h锅炉进行了试验,取名“冲击式雾状水浴档板组合除尘装置。”同时,对于烟气的余热利用方面也作了一些探讨,使之达到节能的目的。通过三个多月的试炉使用,整套除尘装置效果好,蒸汽产生快,耗煤量相对减少。经当地环保部门邀请广州市荔湾区环境保护监测站进行监测;该装置的烟气排放含尘浓度是16.08mg/
The excessive emission of boiler flue gas in the catering industry has not been solved for a long time. The dust concentration of the flue gas emissions has reached 80mg/Nm~3 or more, and the excess pollutant discharge fee charged by the environmental protection department is 4 yuan/T coal. Therefore, based on the principle of chemical dust removal and related data, we have made reference to some experiences in the field and conducted a special discussion in light of actual conditions.
