前些日子有幸和几个同行朋友坐一起聊天,大家说起企业的很多事情。对不同的问题大家难免会有不同的见解和看法,一时间议论纷纷。听着朋友们在热烈地讨论如何让员工跟随企业,还有企业生存的法宝,我没说太多话,只是很仔细地听着,回来后认真思考了一番。一个员工心甘情愿地为一个企业服务,不管是待遇还是文化或是领导人,总会是在某一方面认可了这个企业。追随者的认可是企业生存的基础,可是,也许有比生存更可贵的东西。联想到自己的企业和我这些年来的亲身体会,写出自己浅薄的认识。
A few days ago fortunate enough to sit together and chat with friends, we talked about many things business. We will inevitably have different opinions and opinions on different issues. Listening to my friends who are passionately discussing how to get employees to follow the company and the magic weapon to survive, I did not say much, just listened very carefully and came back to think hard about it. An employee is willing to serve a business, whether it is treatment or culture or leaders, always recognized in some ways this business. Follower recognition is the basis for business survival, however, there may be something more valuable than survival. Think of their own business and my personal experience over the years, write their own shallow understanding.
