汽车起重机多采用重载荷、大扭矩变速箱,这就要求起重机配置的离合操纵系统能够传递较大扭矩,单凭人力进行操作变得相对困难。所以汽车起重机底盘离合操纵系统主要采用气助力式液压离合器操纵机构,其操纵轻巧、反应灵便,但离合器操纵系统也是车辆故障多发部位,如离合器踏板发软、离合器分离不彻底等故障。因此离合操纵系统的可靠性对起重机的性能及使用寿命有极大影响。文中主要对气助力式液压离合器操纵系统的构成及原理进行解析,结合实际案例,给出了该系统的常见故障,并从结构及原理上进行分析与排除,提高诊断的正确率及故障排除效率。
More use of heavy duty truck crane, high torque gearbox, which requires the crane configuration of the clutch control system to deliver high torque, alone manpower to operate more difficult. Therefore, the clutch control system of the truck crane mainly adopts the gas-assisted hydraulic clutch control mechanism, which is light and flexible in operation. However, the clutch control system is also a vehicle fault multiple parts, such as clutch pedal weakness and incomplete clutch separation. Therefore, the reliability of the clutch control system has a great influence on the performance and service life of the crane. The paper mainly analyzes the composition and principle of the gas-assisted hydraulic clutch control system. According to the actual cases, it gives the common faults of the system and analyzes and eliminates the structure and principle to improve the diagnostic accuracy and troubleshooting efficiency. .
