以东北黑土为材料,研究长期施用有机肥和化肥对土壤颗粒有机质的分布及其碳、氮含量的影响。结果表明,有机肥及有机肥与化肥配施有利于土壤中游离态颗粒有机质(FPOM)和闭蓄态颗粒有机质(OPOM)含量的增加,且OPOM的含量显著高于FPOM;有机肥及有机肥与化肥配施能显著增加黑土中FPOM和OPOM中C和N的含量,且OPOM中C和N的含量高于FPOM中C和N的含量;高量有机肥及有机肥与化肥配施明显降低了FPOM和OPOM中的C/N比;单施化肥对FPOM和OPOM的含量以及两种POM中C、N和C/N比的影响则相对较小。
The effects of long-term application of organic manure and chemical fertilizers on the distribution of soil organic matter and its carbon and nitrogen contents were studied using black soil in Northeast China. The results showed that the combination of organic manure and organic fertilizer with chemical fertilizer was beneficial to the increase of free organic matter (FPOM) and closed organic matter (OPOM) content in soil, and the content of OPOM was significantly higher than that of FPOM. Organic manure and organic fertilizer Fertilizer application could significantly increase the contents of C and N in FPOM and OPOM, and the contents of C and N in OPOM were higher than those in FPOM. The application of high levels of organic manure and organic manure and chemical fertilizers significantly decreased FPOM and OPOM C / N ratio; the single application of fertilizer on the FPOM and OPOM content and the two POM C, N and C / N ratio is relatively small.
