航空仪表在做基本性能检查时,按HB6—76—76《航空仪表通用技术条件》规定,需加频率20—100赫兹,加速度为0.1~0.3g的蜂鸣振动。产生蜂鸣振动的设备称为蜂呜器。目前,主机厂和仪表厂所使用的蜂鸣器,主要是利用电磁铁吸合原理制成的。从结构来讲,有“吸合一释放式”和“吸合一释放打击式”。这两种蜂鸣器的振动波形差异很大。本文主要介绍蜂鸣器的工作原理、结构与振动波形分析以及蜂鸣振动的测量方法。
