当同轴度的允许偏差只有十分之几毫米(0.3~0.8毫米)时,检验相距大于1米到2米的两孔母线的相互位置,一般是用拉紧的吊丝。测定吊丝和被检孔的母线间的距离所引起的偶然误差在测量总误差中占相当大的成分。它们之间的距离是用内径千分尺或比例尺依次地沿两个相互垂直的方向上测定的。苏联中央机器制造与工艺科学研究院研制了如图所示的装置,能将上述误差减小十倍。这是由于采用了有微安表的电气电路,当测头6与吊丝5表面接触的瞬间即接通电路。
When the allowable deviation of concentricity is only a few tenths of a millimeter (0.3 to 0.8 mm), check the mutual position of two-hole busbars at distances of more than 1m to 2m, usually with tensioned wire. The accidental error caused by measuring the distance between the wire of the filament and the hole under test accounts for a significant component of the total error in the measurement. The distance between them is measured in two mutually perpendicular directions using an inner diameter micrometer or a scale. The Central Institute of Machine Building and Process Sciences of the Soviet Union developed the device shown in the figure to reduce the above error by a factor of ten. This is due to the micro-ampere meter used in the electrical circuit, when the probe 6 and hanging wire 5 surface contact instant that is connected to the circuit.
