在热力学分析的基础上,以 B 粉和 Al 粉为原料,直接制备 AlB12粉末。通过 X 射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析研究了工艺对合成产物相组成和显微结构的影响,确定了合成过程的最佳工艺参数。结果表明密封法最有利于控制氧化物杂质生成。用密封法合成 AlB12粉末的最佳工艺参数为:合成温度 1 400 ℃,恒温时间 60 min,试样中 Al 的质量分数 17.2%,埋粉中 Al 的质量分数 20%。产物主晶相为α-AlB12,杂质相为 MgAl2O4。AlB12粉体平均粒径 4.32 μm,比表面积 611.76 m2/kg。
Based on the thermodynamic analysis, B powder and Al powder are used as raw materials to prepare AlB12 powder directly. The influence of the process on the phase composition and the microstructure of the synthesized product was investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, and the optimum process parameters for the synthesis process were determined. The results show that the sealing method is most conducive to control the formation of oxide impurities. The optimum technological parameters of synthesis of AlB12 powder by sealing method are as follows: the synthesis temperature is 1 400 ℃, the isothermal time is 60 min, the mass fraction of Al in the sample is 17.2% and the mass fraction of Al in the powder is 20%. The product of the main crystalline phase α-AlB12, impurity phase is MgAl2O4. The average particle size of AlB12 powder was 4.32 μm and the specific surface area was 611.76 m2 / kg.
