目的:观察白枳养胃汤对功能性消化不良大鼠的胃肠动力及血清和胃窦组织中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量的影响。方法:饮食不规律加饮用酸化水法复制功能性消化不良大鼠模型,按体重随机分组,给药3周后,采用标记法、称重法检测各组大鼠胃排空和肠推进比率,按ELISA试剂盒方法,酶标仪检测各组大鼠血清和组织中MTL、GAS和VIP含量。结果:白枳养胃汤于3g/kg具有促进肠推进的作用,于6g/kg具有促进胃排空的作用;白枳养胃汤于3g/kg可上调血清中MTL含量,于6g/kg可上调血清中GAS含量,于12g/kg可下调血清中VIP含量;白枳养胃汤于6g/kg可上调胃窦组织中MTL含量,于12g/kg可上调胃窦组织中GAS含量。结论:白枳养胃汤对功能性消化不良的机制可能与改善血清和组织中MTL、GAS和VIP含量有关。
AIM: To observe the effects of Baizhu Yangwei Decoction on gastrointestinal motility and levels of motilin (MTL), gastrin (GAS) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in serum and gastric antrum of rats with functional dyspepsia . Methods: Irregular diet plus drinking acid water method were used to duplicate functional dyspepsia rats model, randomly divided according to body weight. After 3 weeks of administration, the gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion rate of rats in each group were measured by the method of labeling and weighing, The contents of MTL, GAS and VIP in serum and tissues of each group were detected by ELISA kit and microplate reader. Results: Baizhu Yangwei Decoction could promote intestinal propulsion at 3g / kg and promote gastric emptying at 6g / kg. Baihuan Yangwei Decoction at 3g / kg could increase MTL content in serum at 6g / kg The content of GAS in serum increased up to 12g / kg, and the content of VIP in serum decreased. Baizhun Yangwei Decoction could up-regulate MTL content in gastric antrum, and up-regulated GAS content in gastric antrum at 12g / kg. Conclusion: The mechanism of Bai Zhi Yang Wei Decoction on functional dyspepsia may be related to the improvement of MTL, GAS and VIP in serum and tissue.
