一些升入高等学校的学生因为不会自学,很长一段时间不能适应大学的学习生活;已经就业的学生在工作中碰到的问题多数是没学过的知识。一本资料上说,科研人员在研究课题中,查找资料要用完成该项课題总时间的一半以上。因此,培养自学和阅读能力就显得十分必要了,我们中学的课堂教学急需随之改进。教师不能只教知识,忽视对于学生能力的培养;不能老师滔滔地讲,学生在被动地听。我从1978年9月入学的初一班开始进行了针对以上两个缺点,作出改进课堂教学的探索,五个学期来,有了一些变化,下面试作简单介绍。
Some students who have advanced to colleges and universities will not be self-taught and will not be able to adapt to the university’s study and life for a long time. Most of the students who have already been employed have problems in their work that are not learned. According to one document, researchers in the research project use more than half of the total time to complete the project. Therefore, it is very necessary to cultivate self-learning and reading ability. The classroom teaching in our middle school is in urgent need of improvement. Teachers cannot only teach knowledge and ignore the cultivation of students’ abilities; they cannot be taught by teachers to be passive. From the beginning of my first class in September 1978, I started to explore the above two shortcomings and made improvements to classroom teaching. Five semesters have come and there have been some changes. The following is a brief introduction.
