泵送混凝土是用混凝土泵通过输送管道将拌合的混凝土压送到浇筑部位。因混凝土在输送管出口处具有初始速度,故泵送混凝土在浇筑过程中对水平模板的冲击荷载比传统浇筑法大。本文试对此进行计算分析。一、计算公式的推导设单位时间内泵送混凝土量为Q(m~3/h),泵车输送管的横截面积为A,混凝土在输送管内的平均流速(即混凝土在出料口的初速度)为V_0,则 V_0=Q/A (1) 设混凝土输送管出料口距模板面的垂直高度为h,则混凝土到模板面时的平均速度
