分层模式教学适应了小学生语文学习中的差异程度,是因材施教的重要举措,语文教师应当在教学设计中体现这一理念,将分层要求落实到教学的每一个环节,提高教学效率。每一位小学生在语文学习中都有着自己的特殊性,表现在学习能力与学习基础上就形成了差异。如何适应学生的差异考验着教师的技巧经验,笔者在教学工作中尝试运用分层教学模式,体现教学的差别化要求,有效促进了教学工作开展,本文将做初步分析。。一、小学语文分层模式的积极意义
