本文提出了在各种AR比值和倾斜角度下的空气夹层内自由运动放热实验研究的结果。Ra数的范围是从临界值直到106;倾斜角度φ(与水平的夹角)的范围是0≤φ≤90°,基于物理模型和实验数据的分析提出了一些新的经验无因次公式: 对AR比值的影响作了专门的讨论,发现AR比值的影响在不同的AR值区域内是不同的。在低 AR值区域内这种影响将增强。此时,无因次经验公式必须表示成 Ra·cos φ和 AR比值的函数形式。本文推荐的公式(12)、(13)、(14)和(15)可以用于太阳能集热器的设计计算。
In this paper, the experimental results of free-motion exothermicity in the air interlayer at various AR ratios and tilt angles are presented. The range of Ra number is from the critical value up to 106; the range of the tilt angle φ (horizontal angle) is 0≤φ≤90 °. Based on the analysis of the physical model and experimental data, some new empirical dimensionless formulas are proposed: The effect of the AR ratio was specifically discussed and it was found that the effect of the AR ratio is different for different AR values. This effect will be enhanced in areas with low AR values. In this case, the dimensionless empirical formula must be expressed as a function of Ra cos φ and AR ratio. The formulas (12), (13), (14) and (15) recommended in this paper can be used in the design calculation of solar collectors.
