本文试就当前企业中影响职工积极性的因素进行探析,并就如何调动职工积极性谈一点粗浅的看法。一、企业职工积极性不高的主要表现当前企业职工的工作积极性和上进心明显低落,其主要表现在以下几个方面:1.观念陈旧,作风松散。国有企业长期在计划经济体制下运作,职工的思想观念虽然在改革开放大潮中有所震动和得到启迪,但“等、靠、要”的潜意识没有从根本上消除。一切都在等着领导,一切都依靠单位,这是国有企业广大职工中普遍存在的现象。致使现在的国有企业幼儿园越办越大,养老工作越来越多,住房越建越多越紧张,子弟学校也越来越有规模,企业包袱越背越重。
