目的:观察Smart PLUG泪点栓在水液缺乏型干眼症治疗中的临床疗效。方法:应用Smart PLUG泪点栓治疗15例(30眼)水液缺乏型干眼症患者,在治疗前及治疗后10天分别对泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量、荧光素染色(Fl)进行检查并记录,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗前后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及泪液分泌量(SchirmerⅠ试验)均有不同程度改善,荧光素染色评分下降,与治疗前相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗期间未观察到炎症,感染等并发症发生。结论:短期内观察Smart PLUG泪点栓治疗水液缺乏型干眼具有明确的临床疗效,简单,安全,可逆。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Smart PLUG punctum plug in the treatment of dry eye with aqueous fluid deficiency. Methods: Fifteen patients (30 eyes) with fluid-water-deficiency dry eye were treated with Smart PLUG puncture plug. The tear film tear time, tear volume and fluorescein staining (Fl) were measured before treatment and 10 days after treatment respectively. Check and record to observe the clinical efficacy. Results: The tear breakup time (BUT) and tear secretion (Schirmer Ⅰ test) before and after treatment all improved to some extent, and the score of fluorescein staining decreased compared with that before treatment (P <0.05). During treatment, no inflammation, infection and other complications occurred. Conclusion: The short-term observation of Smart PLUG puncture suppository for the treatment of water-fluid deficient dry eye has definite clinical efficacy, which is simple, safe and reversible.
