动物实验与临床资料均表明,血浆游离脂肪酸(FFA)升高可明显抑制缺血心脏的泵血功能,但关于FFA损害心脏泵血功能的确切机理尚未完全阐明。本实验利用人工升高血浆FFA的方法,观察了它对缺血兔心收缩和舒张功能的影响,借以分析其抑制心泵功能的机理。
Both animal experiments and clinical data show that elevated plasma free fatty acid (FFA) can significantly inhibit the blood pumping function of ischemic heart, but the exact mechanism of FFA damage to cardiac pumping blood function has not yet been fully elucidated. In this experiment, the method of artificially increasing plasma FFA was used to observe its effect on systolic and diastolic function of ischemic rabbit hearts and to analyze its mechanism of inhibiting cardiac pump function.
