本文结合植物生长分析和Griffing配合力分析法,从净增量和生长速率两方面研究了玉米株高、单株叶数、单株叶面积、粒重和籽粒密度生长的遗传。结果表明,这些性状的生长均有极显著的遗传差异,一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)均方与相对重要性、加性和显性效应、平均显性度、广义和狭义遗传力等均随性状生长而显著变化,性状终结表现的遗传状况不能反映多基因系统在生长进程中的真实作用规律。株高和单株叶面积生长过程中主要以SCA起显著作用,单株叶数、粒重和籽粒密度生长过程中GCA和SCA均起显著作用。
Based on plant growth analysis and Griffing combining ability analysis, this paper studied the inheritance of maize plant height, number of leaves per plant, leaf area per plant, grain weight and grain density from net increment and growth rate. The results showed that there were extremely significant genetic differences in the growth of these traits. The mean and relative importance of GCA and SCA, additive and dominance effects, mean dominant degree, broad sense and narrow sense Heritability and so on all changed significantly with the growth of traits. The genetic status of trait performance did not reflect the true rules of multi-gene system in the growth process. SCA plays a significant role in plant height and leaf area per plant growth. GCA and SCA play a significant role in the growth of single leaf number, grain weight and grain density.
