长期以来,中科院西北水保所在黄土高原从事水土保持事业,培养了一支优秀的科技队伍。但由于地处陕西杨凌的区位劣势,近年来人才流失严重。加上一大批老同志退休,吸引与培养优秀人才日益成为水保所生存与发展的关键问题。水保所领导鉴于科研队伍出现的断层现象,加大了吸引和培养人才的力度,经过5年多的艰苦努力,目前已组建成了一支年纪轻、起点高、创新能力强的创新人才队伍。
For a long time, the Northwest Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, CAS, has been engaged in soil and water conservation in the Loess Plateau and has cultivated an outstanding team of scientists and technicians. However, due to its location in Yangling, Shaanxi Province, the brain drain has been serious in recent years. Coupled with the retirement of a large number of old comrades, attracting and cultivating talented people has increasingly become a key issue for the survival and development of the Institute. In view of the fault phenomenon in the research team, the leadership of the China Environmental Protection Administration has stepped up its efforts to attract and train qualified personnel. After more than five years of hard work, it has formed a contingent of innovative talents with a young age, high starting point and strong innovative ability .
