可摘义齿戴入后第1天,常对义齿床组织有损伤作用。口腔粘膜损伤,由于积集在损伤灶的肥大细胞和嗜硷细胞释放组胺,唾液内组胺浓度增高。同时初戴义齿时,由于刺激反射作用,唾液分泌量增加.对唾液组胺浓度也有影响。作者研究可摘义齿戴入前、后唾液组胺浓度的变化,检查46例牙列缺损或缺失患者,年龄45岁~74岁,其中34例制作局部可摘义齿,12例作全口义
